Please note that over the Festival weekend bookings must be made 24 hours in advance as we can’t guarantee we’ll be checking bookings from this afternoon onwards. You can always book the bus at short notice by calling into the Festival Office at the Westcliffe.

- Your journey is booked once you have received a confirmation email with confirmed pick-up times
- Neither Girvan Festival nor South Ayrshire Community Transport are responsible for fulfilling your journey if you miss your agreed pick-up time
- Where demand is high, priority will be given to Festival ticket holders
